are a short stroll from Sea Breeze.

Sea Breeze
Cottage has it all – the sun from the moment it
rises each morning, fantastic sea views, a sun
trap patio over looking the bay, pretty enclosed
garden with BBQ patio area. Spacious lounge and
dining room with great sea views, fully fitted,
well equipped kitchen, utility room, bathroom
and W.C, one ground floor twin bedded room, one
ground floor double room and stairs leading to
the master double bedroom, with Juliet balcony
and en-suite shower room. Private parking is
provided for one car in the garage, but on road
parking is also permitted. Sea Breeze is heated
gas central heating throughout the colder
months.
Fully equipped with Freeview digital T.V, DVD
player, selection of books, games and DVD’s,
cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing
machine and tumble drier.
