Telephone bookings are quickest and will remain firm provided postal confirmation and deposit within 72 hours.

Postal bookings MUST be accompanied by your deposit.

In event of a cancellation the Hirer must advise us immediately, whereupon we will, without prejudice to our right to the balance in full, use our best endeavours to re-let. If we can re-let the cottage we will return your deposit less any expenses incurred for advertising, office costs etc. We do have a Travel Insurance Scheme, but this is entirely optional, which for a few pounds will safeguard you from most holiday risks and includes Cancellation Insurance.

• All bedrooms are carpeted and have interior sprung mattresses, duvets, pillows and colourful bed covers, bedside tables, wardrobes. chest of drawers and electric fires.
• All bathrooms have bath with shower over, wall heaters and razor points.
• All hot water is supplied by a thermostatically controlled immersion heater.
• Each cottage has colour TV, DVD and off road car parking space.
• Cots and mattresses are available for hire. (We do not supply cot blankets/pillows.)
• Kitchens have electric cooker, microwave ovens, toaster, fridge, kettle. vacuum cleaner, iron and comprehensive cooking and serving utensils, stainless steel cutlery, matching dinner and tea set.
• Each lounge has a fitted carpet and cheerful glowing coal effect electric fire.
• Most cottages have provision for coal / log fires for winter occupancy.
• Night store heating is installed for Autumn / Winter bookings and left on during the rare occasions when cottages are vacant.
• Bed linen can be supplied by prior arrangement.
• To conserve the environment the electricity for the cottages is paid for by £1.00 coin meters.
• Pets by arrangement only and with a £20.00 fee. Please note that we only accept one dog per cottage. (Crumplehorn No1 is not suitable for pets).
• Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages, but we are happy for guests to smoke outside on the patio areas.
